Consideration of 72 hours notice is appreciated! - I know sometimes things come up last minute, but even if you are considering having an event, giving me as much notice as possible helps ensure stress-free preparation.
All payments are final. – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Deposits? – A deposit of HALF the total order will be due at the time that the invoice has been accepted. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE VIA PAYPAL OR CASHAPP. Payments made via PayPal do not incur a fee for the client. All payments are non-refundable. The total invoice amount will be due upon receipt of the invoice for orders placed with 72 hours or less advance notice. All payments are final.
If you don’t see an item listed on the menu, ASK! - I love cooking and have an abundance of recipes, but I can’t list them ALL. Feel free to ask me if there is something you would like to specifically, if your don’t see it listed on the menu.
“I need more than a half pan!” - You can order more than one half. I DO NOT provide full size pans. Also, if you need less than a half pan, items are available in 9in round pans, which are about half the amount of a half pan. Individual meals are also available. Just inquire!
“How much food will a half pan serve?” - It is virtually impossible to determine how much food your guests will eat. I can only assure you that the food will be delicious! With that being said, a half pan of any item MIGHT serve, 12-16 people (on average), at standard 4 oz servings. I always suggest serving with the correct serving utensils and providing 6 oz (“cocktail”) plates for your guests. The bigger the plate, the more a person will pile on it! Using cocktail plates to serve assures that your guests will get plenty to eat and your food and money won’t be wasted! And remember, they can always go back for more!
Per pan vs. per person - I offer my items per pan so that you can actually see what you are getting. Pans provide you with more flexibility to serve and store your purchase. A half pan holds approximately 120 ounces (Dimensions: L 12 3/4", W 10 3/8", Depth 2 9/16"). I do however accomodate per person orders when requested.
Serving vs. Delivery - All prices listed are for the price of the prepared menu item in the covered pan. Meaning, I deliver the food, prepared and hot/cold (unless arranged otherwise). There is a delivery fee for all orders (which will be listed in the invoice). The delivery fee is determined by the delivery location. If you need me to stay and serve the food (and keep it warm), there is a $195 personal chef service fee (ITP), (outside of the perimeter (OTP) the S&S fee is $250).
For Stay & Serve, aside from setting up and serving the food, I would replenish the pans and clean up the service area. I do not "rent out" chaffing racks. Chaffing racks can only be supplied for "Stay and Serve" services. Stay & Serve services includes TWO hours of service time (serving and clean-up of the service area). Any time after the initial two hours will incur a $75 per hour service fee.
“Where are you located?” - All catering and personal chef services are done at the client's house or venue of choice, in the Metro Atlanta area. I am available to travel outside of the Atlanta area for service!! Just inquire about details. Or the order is delivered to the client.
“I'm not in Atlanta, but I want to eat!” - Currently I do not provide shipped menu items. Please feel free to let me know if you will be in the Atlanta area, or inquire about hiring me to fly to you for services. I also can bring an order to the airport, if you have a layover in Atlanta.
Paper Products (plates, cups, etc.) - I do not provide paper products (plates, utensils, cups, napkins, etc.). I also don't rent out or provide chafing racks and/or sternos for delivery orders. I only provide chafing racks, sternos and serving utensils when you have hired me to stay and serve for your event, to use during the time I'm working the event.
